Anibal Sólon Heinsfeld is an assistant research scientist in the Center for the Developing Brain at the Child Mind Institute. His work focuses on the Configurable Pipeline for the Analysis of Connectomes (C-PAC) project, by helping other researchers to augment their capabilities on preprocessing and analysis of resting-state fMRI data.

Mr. Heinsfeld completed his master’s degree in computer science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil, where he studied machine learning techniques to achieve better statistical representations and extract useful information from resting-state functional brain images.
