Dwayne Flinchum is the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Child Mind Institute and is responsible for overseeing the organization’s brand strategy as it is applied through an integrated system of marketing assets and tools.
Dwayne comes to the Child Mind Institute from IridiumGroup, a branding and strategic creative solutions consultancy he founded in 1995. While at IridiumGroup he and his team developed enterprise brands and visual identities for some of the largest public charities and cause-based nonprofit organizations in the U.S., and led the design of flagship marketing tools for innovative, world-class companies. Clients included Accenture, American Red Cross, The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, Children’s Hospital Boston, Evercore Wealth Management, LexisNexis, The Nature Conservancy, Pew Charitable Trust, Reed Elsevier (RELX Group), Simons Foundation and the United Nations Federal Credit Union, among others.
