Hecheng Jin, MS, is an assistant research engineer in the Computational Neuroimaging Lab at the Child Mind Institute. Her role is to maintain and develop the existing C-PAC software to consolidate extensive fMRI analysis into an efficient and user-friendly pipeline.

Throughout her education, Ms. Jin has been interested in obtaining hands-on experiences by working on various neuroscience-based research projects by assisting the lab studies using the tools such as FSL and EEG. She is passionate about working with computational neuroscience lab to build models and analyze data to bring new ways of thinking and ideas into “Brain”. She recently completed her master’s degree at Columbia University majoring in Biomedical Engineering. Previously, she had attended Tsinghua University in Beijing where she received her B.E. in Engineering Physics with a minor in e-Finance and Entrepreneurship.
