Hirsch Nangia is a solutions engineer for Next Generation Digital Therapeutics (NGDT) at the Child Mind Institute. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science and economics at New York University.
Prior to joining the Child Mind Institute NGDT team, Hirsch worked at Google as an AI solutions engineer, where he was responsible for architecture and deployment of AI solutions for enterprise clients. He collaborated with prospective clients to fine-tune pre-trained models for their specific corporate use cases and integrate those with their existing technology stack. Before that, Hirsch worked at IBM as an AI presales engineer, where he configured Watson Order Management System (OMS) for IBM clients. He leveraged Watson’s AI and machine learning (ML) capabilities to analyze large amounts of data from sources like enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, and supply chain networks.
Hirsch’s primary responsibility as a solutions engineer for NGDT is to lead technical discussions with new and existing partners to assess their needs and implement specific features to address them. He is excited to play a crucial role in fostering successful partnerships between the Child Mind Institute and other institutions. Through his work at the Child Mind Institute, Hirsch hopes to leverage software to have a tangible impact on the next generation, particularly as it relates to the often overlooked area of mental health.
