Kathryn Keough is a clinical extern in the Anxiety Disorders Center at the Child Mind Institute. She is a third-year doctoral student in the clinical psychology program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Ms. Keough is skilled in providing various evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure therapy, and social skills training. She has experience providing treatment to children, adolescents, and adults with a range of clinical disorders, including generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, selective mutism, ADHD, depression, and autism spectrum disorder.

Ms. Keough has provided individual and group therapy in both clinical and school settings. She has held an externship position at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Center for Psychological Services, a community mental health clinic. Ms. Keough has experience conducting neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of disorders. Her doctoral research examines social and emotional factors contributing to school refusal behavior in children and adolescents.
