Kathryn Lige, ACSW, is a clinical social worker for the School and Community Programs team at the Child Mind Institute, San Francisco Bay Area. Throughout her studies and career, she has served many communities of color, tackling social-emotional challenges. She has extensive experience working in school and university settings and providing psychoeducation to children, adolescents and young adults. Ms. Lige has experience with evidence-based interventions such as motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

Ms. Lige has conducted social-emotional learning groups, developed psychoeducation curriculums, and worked one-on-one with children and families to support improved academic and behavioral outcomes.
