Stephanie L. Webster, MS, BCBA, LBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Autism Center at the Child Mind Institute. She specializes in developing behavior support plans to address the unique learning and behavioral needs of people with autism and related developmental or intellectual disabilities. Her areas of expertise include functional behavior assessments, acquisition of clinically and socially significant skills, and reduction of behaviors that interfere with learning and independence.
Ms. Webster has training and experience providing support to children, young adults and families from birth to age 22. Ms. Webster also has experience developing and running behavior analytic trainings for educators and parents. In addition to her clinical skills, Ms. Webster was previously tasked with developing and directing a program that provides behavioral services to children with autism.
Ms. Webster is passionate about providing ethical, person-centered services to promote independence and learning, while respecting each learner’s individual preferences and taking a holistic perspective on the way each person’s environment impacts learning and behavior. Ms. Webster is firmly committed to providing compassionate support to help all people reach their potential.
