I didn't learn how to open up and talk about my anxiety or OCD until much later in life. And when I did, I felt a world of pressure lift off my chest…There's a massive comfort in sharing empathy with others and providing support to one another. We all struggle. And the out-of-date narrative of ‘Just be quiet and deal with it’ needs to end. So talk to people you trust, and let people know it's safe to talk to you.

About Hart Denton
Hart Denton gained prominence through his role as Chic in The CW’s popular drama series, Riverdale and as Dean on Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why. Denton will be starring in the film, American Cherry, set to premiere in 2023. Along with his acting credits, Denton is also a musician and photographer. He and fellow Riverdale castmate, KJ Apa, formed the duo “Motherlover,” in which Denton is the lead singer.
