    The benefits of treatment at the Child mind Institute include:

  • Do you accept insurance?

    We are an out-of-network provider for insurance.  We provide all the information a family needs to submit claims to an insurance company for reimbursement. We also partner with two organizations to provide assistance in filing and managing insurance claims. They will also verify your benefits and manage pre-authorizations.   • How much will care cost?

    Our fees range from $150 to $375 for a 45-minute session with one of our psychologists or social workers. Remote neuropsychological evaluations cost $5,500.

    The Child Mind Institute has financial aid available for families who qualify. If you have financial need, our intake coordinators will send you a financial aid application prior to scheduling.

    Our clinicians are trained in evidence-based treatments, which are specialized forms of therapy that have been proven effective for children, usually over 12-16 sessions. We monitor symptoms to ensure treatment is working. Our goal is to get kids out of treatment and back to their lives as quickly as possible.

  • My child has already been evaluated. Do I need another evaluation?

    Yes. We will review the evaluation that your child has already received as part of our diagnostic evaluation but cannot rely on that report to determine treatment recommendations. Our clinicians need to meet with you and your child directly and make their own assessment. An accurate and thorough diagnostic evaluation is the key to recommending the most effective treatment.
