Please Don’t Leave Me

Separation is a normal process that all infants and toddlers go through. In this workshop, Rachel Busman, PsyD, clinical psychologist in the Anxiety and Mood Disorder Center, discusses the dramas that can occur when parents leave toddlers at home or school and the ways you can help them separate more easily. We also discuss the signs of nervousness that toddlers can show, as well as practical strategies for helping children through this phase. Dr. Busman helps parents feel more confident about this period of time and develop practical skills for navigating the process of separation.
