About This Event
Social media and technology are shaping the way children connect, learn, and see themselves. Digital spaces can offer opportunities for creativity and learning, but they also bring challenges such as peer comparison, online pressure, and constant stimulation. In this workshop, caregivers will explore the impact of social media on children’s development and well-being and learn practical strategies to set healthy boundaries, encourage balance, and build open communication. We’ll discuss how to guide children in developing strong digital habits that support their mental health, relationships, and sense of self.
Please note: Intended audience is families with students in grades 5-12.
