Child and Adolescent Psychopharmacogenetics

Dr. Edwin Cook is the director of the Center for Neurodevelopmental Disorders and the director of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UI Health. Dr. Cook is board certified in both psychiatry and neurology. He specializes in treating ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and stuttering. Dr. Cook is also the Earl M. Bane Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

The Child Mind Institute Visiting Professor Lecture Series:
In this series, we invite leaders in the field of child and adolescent mental health and learning disorders to talk about the latest research and treatment protocols. These experts share their findings and expertise on a broad range of topics from anxiety and depression to temper outbursts and the effectiveness of parent-based treatment.
