Michelle Shih

Michelle Shih is the editorial director of the Child Mind Institute, where she writes and edits articles and develops resources on mental health and learning disorders in children and adolescents.

Previously, she worked at magazines and newspapers, including O, The Oprah Magazine, Martha Stewart Living, Food & Wine, Vogue, and the New York Times. She also helped create resources about social-emotional learning for parents and teachers at Character Lab, a nonprofit that advanced scientific insights to help kids thrive.
