Recently, Child Mind Institute president Harold Koplewicz, MD, sat down with Arianna Huffington to discuss her new book, The Sleep Revolution. The Huffington Post founder has many subjects in her wide-ranging investigation — from her own personal struggles with burnout to equating success with being connected 24/7 and our society’s perverse acceptance of sleep deprivation in the face of scientific evidence.
