Allison Dubinski, LCSW
Allison Dubinski, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and clinical supervisor for the School and Community Programs team at the Child Mind Institute. Ms. Dubinski has extensive experience delivering evidence-based clinical and preventative interventions in public schools. She has supported children with a range of diagnoses, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, selective mutism, disruptive behavior disorders, major depressive disorder, and anxiety disorders.
Ms. Dubinski began her career as a third-grade teacher in Newark, New Jersey, through Teach for America. She went on to receive her master’s degree in social work and has worked as both a classroom teacher and a licensed school social worker throughout New York City. She has a great deal of experience working closely with school staff and families to complete thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Daily Report Cards (DRCs) that extend beyond the classroom setting.
Ms. Dubinski works as a clinical supervisor for the Behavior and Professional Training teams. She collaborates with educators and mental health professionals across the country on the Child Mind Institute’s Mental Health Skill Building curriculum. Ms. Dubinski also plays an active role in the collaborative development of this curriculum, working to enhance and adapt the content and delivery to continue meeting the individual needs of our communities’ schools, children, and families. Ms. Dubinski is highly dedicated to ensuring that every child has access to effective mental health services.
