Angela Moyer, PsyD

Angela Moyer, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist with School and Community Programs at the Child Mind Institute. She has over a decade of experience supporting diverse school communities across the United States to strengthen mental health access, staff well-being, and student success.

Dr. Moyer coaches educators and administrators to build positive, sustainable school environments where both adults and students can thrive. Her work strengthens implementation fidelity, builds educator and leader confidence, and supports long-term systems change.

Bridging clinical insight with systems-level and organizational change, Dr. Moyer helps schools rethink how they understand behavior, wellness, and learning. Using proactive, trauma-informed, and data-driven approaches within a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework, she partners with school leaders to design practical, lasting improvements in school culture and practice.
