Greta L. Doctoroff, PhD
Greta L. Doctoroff, PhD, is an associate professor of school-clinical child psychology at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Yeshiva University in the Bronx, New York. Her research focuses on promoting young children’s social-emotional competence and early school readiness. She has expertise in prevention and intervention programs for parents/caregivers and their families. Dr. Doctoroff’s research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national conferences. She is a Within Agency Trainer certified with PCIT International. She has served as a consultant to Head Start and other early childhood programs. She trains graduate students to provide psychotherapy, and she cares for families in her private practice using an approach that incorporates CBT and family systems within a developmental framework.
