Kathleya Chotiros is the General Counsel of the Child Mind Institute. Kathleya leads the legal function at Child Mind Institute, working closely with leadership to advise the organization on a wide range of matters.

Prior to joining Child Mind Institute, Kathleya served as Associate General Counsel to Cornell University, where she advised on transactional, intellectual property, data protection, and related matters, primarily in support of Cornell’s online learning unit. Previously, as General Counsel to Tom Ford International, Kathleya provided legal guidance on all facets of the global brand and consumer goods company. Kathleya began her legal career at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where she advised numerous clients in various industries on intellectual property, licensing, commercial litigation, government enforcement, and privacy and data protection matters.

Kathleya received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, a Master of Arts from the Graduate Center at the City University of New York, and a Bachelor of Arts from Bard College. Kathleya is a member of the bars of New York and Massachusetts.
