Marianna Moore, LMSW, MEd

Clinical Social Worker, School and Community Programs
Child Mind Institute

Marianna Moore, LMSW, MEd, is a clinical social worker on the School and Community Programs team at the Child Mind Institute. In her role, she provides school-based mental health services and partners with educators and caregivers to support the emotional well-being of children and adolescents. Her clinical training includes individual and group therapy for children and adolescents, with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)-informed care, and executive function coaching.

Moore has extensive experience supporting neurodivergent youth and students with a range of learning and emotional disabilities, including ADHD, dyslexia, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and anxiety. Prior to joining the Child Mind Institute, she spent nearly a decade working in both clinical and educational settings. She has worked as a special education teacher, social work intern, and customer success manager for a mental health and education platform.

Moore is passionate about fostering collaborative, affirming spaces for children and families, and tailoring interventions to meet each student’s unique strengths and needs.

She brings a playful, strengths-based approach to her work — adding humor and creativity to sessions to build connection and engagement while supporting meaningful growth.
