We asked Oscar-winning actress, Emma Stone, what she would tell her younger self about her struggles with anxiety. We are releasing one video a day throughout the month of May. Each day a new celebrity or public figure will talk to their younger self about their learning or mental health disorder.

The recipient of such accolades as an Academy Award, a BAFTA Award, and a Golden Globe, she is cited as one of the most talented actresses of her generation. She was born in Scottsdale, Arizona and began acting as a child as a member of the Valley Youth Theatre in Phoenix, where she made her stage debut in a production of “The Wind in the Willows.” At the age of 15 she decided that she wanted to make acting her career.
