David Brady
David Brady is the chief technology officer (CTO) at the Child Mind Institute, where he is responsible for ensuring the organization’s technology strategy aligns with and supports the mission.
Brady is a technology executive with deep experience building and scaling platforms that solve complex, real-world problems. Across leadership roles in healthcare technology and data platforms, he has focused on applying software, data, and artificial intelligence to develop products that create meaningful impact for both businesses and the people they serve. Most recently, Brady served as the chief technology officer at BetterHealthcare, where he led the development of an online booking platform that makes it easier for patients to connect with the care they need.
Previously, as vice president of engineering at Cotiviti, he led teams responsible for large-scale analytics and payment integrity systems that help health plans control costs and make healthcare premiums more affordable. He began his career working on mission-critical avionics systems for the F/A-18 tactical fighter and the MH-60 Black Hawk helicopter, where reliability, precision, and safety were paramount. That early foundation in high-stakes engineering continues to inform his leadership approach today, combining rigorous systems thinking with a commitment to building technology that improves lives.
Brady received a BS in electrical engineering from Lehigh University.
