Lisa Glass

Lisa Glass is the Vice President of Human Resources at the Child Mind Institute. Lisa has a track record of implementing initiatives at national and multi-state nonprofits and healthcare organizations. She aligns department goals with organizational objectives, providing strategic leadership.

Lisa served as the head of human resources for the Child Center of NY and the New York Academy of Medicine. At the Child Center of NY, she also served as the Chair of the Covid Safety Committee, where she was instrumental in developing strategy in the areas of risk management and compliance, talent management, equity and employee wellness.

Lisa holds a master’s degree in public administration from Baruch College. She has a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification by HRCI and ​is a senior certified professional by the Society of Human Resources Management. Lisa is an active member of the Directors’ Forum, which is comprised of up to 30 leading HR professionals within their respective organizations.
