Marc Shuldiner, PsyD, is a psychologist in the Mood Disorders Center at the Child Mind Institute. He is committed to the use of empirically supported interventions, specializing in helping people change problematic compulsive behaviors and adopt health-promoting routines. For over ten years, Dr. Shuldiner has worked in evidence-based treatment with individuals who have mood and anxiety disorders as well as co-occurring substance and alcohol use disorders.
Previously, Dr. Shuldiner received specialized training in anxiety disorders and OCD at the Child Mind Institute. He also has experience with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, family systems, and insight-oriented approaches. Dr. Shuldiner has run workshops and presented on the treatment of OCD at the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF). He’s also presented on mindfulness at the national conference for Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA). He is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (ABCT).
