Meghan Miller, PhD
Meghan Miller, PhD, is a professor and vice chair of psychology in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and the MIND Institute at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Miller currently serves as the associate training director of the MIND Institute’s Clinical Psychology Training Programs and is a member of the Northern California LEND Program’s core faculty. She received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2013 and is a licensed clinical psychologist. Dr. Miller serves on the editorial boards of numerous peer-reviewed journals, including Evidence-Based Practice in Child & Adolescent Mental Health, the Journal of Clinical Child & Adolescent Psychology, Research in Child & Adolescent Psychopathology, and Clinical Psychological Science, and is an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Society for Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology. Her research program, funded by the National Institute of Mental Health, focuses on understanding how signs of autism and ADHD first appear in young children, how these early signs may be similar or different across these conditions, and how best to screen for early developmental delays and differences. The ultimate goal is that this work will improve early identification and supports for young children and their families.
