A supportive and fun group environment to teach children emotional awareness and practical strategies for coping with uncomfortable emotions in a variety of situations.
Social Anxiety Groups | Ages 9 - 24
Group treatment that teaches children, adolescents and young adults coping skills to help them manage their anxiety as they practice facing their social fears.
Depression & Mood
College Readiness Program | College Students
Support for students who are entering or enrolled in college and need help managing new social and emotional challenges.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) | Ages 9 - 25
Group-based therapy for those who struggle with mood swings, depression and anxiety, and self-injurious or suicidal behavior. Skills groups are offered for preadolescents (9 - 12), adolescents (13 - 18) and young adults (18 - 25).
