About This Event
Sometimes it can feel like the holiday season brings as much stress as it does joy, but with some practical tips, we can minimize the emotional toll of the season. In this talk, caregivers will learn the various ways in which holiday stress manifests in themselves and their children and come away with concrete strategies to tackle these feelings, including emotion monitoring, coping ahead, and working through grief.
