How to Dance in Ohio

How to Dance in Ohio

The Child Mind Institute is partnering with a new musical now on Broadway! See it now before the final performance on February 11, 2024.

There is a saying that goes, “If you’ve met one autistic person, you’ve met one autistic person.” We’re excited that seven autistic actors have made their Broadway debut in leading roles alongside a stellar ensemble in How to Dance in Ohio.

About

How to Dance in Ohio is based on a true story and the Peabody Award-winning HBO documentary. It’s about seven autistic young adults preparing for a spring formal dance — a rite of passage that breaks open their routines and sets off hilarious and heartbreaking encounters.
