About the Event
The Autism Symposium was a free interdisciplinary program to discuss the progress of research and care for individuals with autism. This event was held on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, from 9 am – 12 pm with limited in-person seating.
The symposium featured a range of expert speakers from research, clinical care, and education. The sessions described ways in which a range of initiatives are impacting the lives of children, teens, and young adults with autism. There was also a facilitated session to discuss educational options for young people with autism.
This event was hosted by the Autism Center at the Child Mind Institute.
