
Ade Cox
As Head of Education Impact at the Ella Baker Institute, Ade Cox leads strategic efforts that connect schools, families, and community organizations to remove systemic barriers and expand access to community-responsive care. He holds advanced degrees in education and organizational leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and Lincoln University.
Ade is an educational leader with over a decade of experience designing inclusive programs that support the well-being of disadvantaged communities. His work includes managing education development programs at CUNY Hostos Community College and creating healing-centered curricula for K–12 students.
Ade is committed to working with institutions to better serve historically marginalized communities.
