Brendan MaGee, BCBA, LBA, is a behavior analyst in the Autism Center at the Child Mind Institute. He brings several years of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental conditions. MaGee utilizes naturalistic approaches of applied behavior analysis, including natural environmental teaching (NET), pivotal response treatment (PRT), and the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). He also incorporates other evidence-based interventions into his work, such as Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS), the Research Units in Behavioral Interventions (RUBI), the popular caregiver guide “Exploring Feelings,” as well as the executive function skill-building curriculum “Unstuck and On Target” to support patients and their families in reaching their goals.

Prior to joining the Child Mind Institute, MaGee worked as a behavior analyst in a variety of settings such as clinics, homes, schools, and communities. Along with providing services directly to patients, he’s offered parent coaching, as well as supervised and trained treatment teams. MaGee is a compassionate and skilled clinician who is committed to providing behavioral therapy that is holistic, person-centered, and values-driven.
