Ericka Leslie

Ericka Leslie is chief administrative officer of Goldman Sachs. In this role, she will focus on driving progress towards the implementation of OneGS 3.0 as the firm advances its priorities to transform its operating system and create more capacity to invest in its growth.

Ericka serves as co-chair of the Partnership Committee, co-chair of the Deputy Regulatory Oversight Committee and chair of the GBM Regulatory Oversight Committee. She is a member of the Management Committee and the Enterprise Risk Committee.

Prior to her current role, Ericka served as chief operating officer for Global Banking & Markets, and before that, as chief administrative officer for the firm. Previously, she was head of Operations and Platform Engineering for the Global Markets Division.

Ericka joined Goldman Sachs as an associate in the Finance Division in 1996. She was named managing director in 2006 and partner in 2012.

Ericka earned a BA in Accounting from the University of Albany.
