
Irene Droney
Irene Droney, MSW, is a Clinical Research Associate for the Strategic Partnerships and Alliances team in the Center for Product Development at the Child Mind Institute. Droney earned a master’s degree in social work with a concentration in research from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service. She has experience in social psychology, mental health, policy, and advocacy.
Droney has been with the Child Mind Institute since 2019, working in research administration, clinical research, and digital content. In her current role, Droney’s work focuses on clinical research, partnerships and collaboration, project and resource management, digital tool development, data analysis, and public health content.
Outside of work, Droney sings with the Young New Yorker’s Chorus Treble Ensemble and volunteers for cat rescues in Brooklyn.
