Jessica Levy, PsyD, is a associate psychologist in the Anxiety Disorders Center at the Child Mind Institute. Dr. Levy has experience providing evidence-based treatments to children, adolescents, and young adults with a range of disorders, including selective mutism, separation anxiety, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorders, behavior disorders, and mood disorders.
Dr. Levy has received training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), Parent Management Training (PMT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy adapted for selective mutism (PCIT-SM), and exposure and response prevention (ERP). She has experience providing individual, family, and group therapy in diverse settings including schools and community mental health clinics.
Dr. Levy has also provided intensive treatment for children with selective mutism through the Brave Buddies program at the Child Mind Institute. Dr. Levy is dedicated to providing collaborative and individualized care for children and their families to support them in achieving their goals.
