Paul Weigle, MD

Paul Weigle, MD, is the associate medical director of Natchaug Hospital and an associate professor of Psychiatry at the University of Connecticut (UConn) School of Medicine. For over 20 years, Dr. Weigle has studied and taught about how screen media habits affect mental health. He is also a distinguished fellow of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP), having served as both the chair of their Media committee and a member of their Public Resources committee. Additionally, Dr. Weigle has served on the Institute of Digital Media and Child Development’s National Scientific Advisory Board for over a decade.
