
Sophia Parousi, MSc
Sophia Parousi, M.Sc, is an administrative coordinator at the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Initiative (CAMHI) in Greece. In this role, she manages administrative operations, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and supports the implementation of programs that promote youth mental health in Greece.
Previously, Parousi held multiple coordination and research positions at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, contributing to both national and European-level projects. She served as a project manager for Erasmus+ programs for over a decade, participated in the planning and execution of national projects and conferences, and collaborated closely with research teams in the fields of special education, CBT training, and childhood adversity.
Parousi is currently a PhD candidate in psychology at the University of Crete. Her academic and professional interests center on inclusive education, psychosocial development, and organizational psychology, with a particular focus on fostering environments that enhance resilience and well-being across diverse populations.
