Tatiana P. Claridad, MBA, is the director of board affairs and institutional strategy for the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) Global Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health at the Child Mind Institute. In this role, she leads cross-functional efforts to align global strategy, strengthen governance, and drive operational effectiveness in support of the Center’s mission to improve mental health outcomes for children and adolescents worldwide.

Claridad brings over 15 years of experience in mental health and public health, with a career grounded in advancing health equity and improving access to care for underserved communities. Prior to this role, she served as director of special projects at the Child Mind Institute, where she undertook enterprise-wide initiatives in strategic planning and systems improvement. She has also held leadership roles at Vital Strategies, where she managed a $120M overdose prevention portfolio, and at the American Psychiatric Association, where she oversaw diversity and health equity program development.

She is passionate about building stronger systems that enable mission-driven organizations to deliver sustainable, equitable impact at scale.
