About the Professor
Jeff Strawn, MD

Dr. Strawn is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at the University of Cincinnati and at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. His research focuses on pediatric anxiety disorders and on identifying risk factors for these conditions. With his collaborators, he is working to identify early predictors of treatment response in anxiety and is working to better understand medication tolerability. In his clinical practice, at Cincinnati Children’s, he works with youth with anxiety and related disorders and with their families. Dr. Strawn has authored 120 peer-reviewed publications and co-authored two textbooks on the treatment of children and adolescents and on contemporary psychotherapy. He is a fellow of the American psychiatric association, a distinguished fellow of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and has received multiple awards for teaching, mentorship and research

These lectures are open to the public and are available live via webinar, but are not available for viewing after the event.
