As a strong female leader always ahead of her time, Arielle Tepper’s tireless commitment to producing, mentoring emerging artists, education, and creating accessibility to the arts for all knows no bounds. At 25, she was the youngest producer on Broadway and had a first-look film deal with October Films. With a 30-year producing career that has garnered numerous Tony and Olivier Awards, she is known for being kind and honest and for working with the best in the industry.

Tepper joined the board of the Child Mind Institute in 2025. Her other philanthropic work includes serving as chair of the Board of Trustees of The Public Theater in New York City (2014-2023), where she led the $85 million renovation and reopening of the Delacorte Theater in Central Park. She also serves on the boards of the National Theatre in America and Film at Lincoln Center, and she is a lifetime trustee at Syracuse University.

Tepper is currently represented in Broadway and West End productions, and she advises many commercial and nonprofit arts organizations. She is also producing an immersive experience called The Magical Candy Cottage.
