Christina Minnis
Christina Minnis has been a member of the board of the Child Mind Institute since 2022. She is head of Global Credit & Asset Finance and head of Global Acquisition Finance within the Capital Solutions Group at Goldman Sachs, and she serves on several key committees, including the Firmwide Capital Committee, Investment Banking (IB) Operating Committee, IB Executive Committee, and IB Risk Committee. Minnis joined Goldman Sachs in 1998 as a vice president in IBD, where she focused on leveraged transactions primarily for the Financial Sponsors Group. She joined the Fixed Income Division in 2001 as part of Capital Markets and focused on industrials followed by healthcare. She served as co-head of Leveraged Finance in the Americas and as co-head of the Healthcare Group in the Americas from 2013 to 2014 and as head of Corporate Finance for the Consumer Retail and Healthcare Group from 2014 to 2015. She was named Managing Director in 2004 and Partner in 2008.
Minnis serves on the Yale Development Council and Yale School of Management Advisory Board. She also serves on the board of directors of the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Minnis earned her BA in economics from Yale University and MM from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is married to James Minnis, and they have three children together.
