Debra (Debbie) G. Perelman

Debra (Debbie) G. Perelman co-founded the Child Mind Institute in 2009 with Harold S. Koplewicz, MD, and Brooke Garber Neidich. She currently serves as founder and managing partner of InviNext Growth Partners, an investment fund focused on emerging consumer growth companies, where she partners closely with founders to scale sustainable, high-performing businesses. Perelman brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across consumer, brand marketing, and corporate finance. She previously served as president and chief executive officer of Revlon, Inc., following her role as chief operating officer, and led the company through significant transformation, including its restructuring and emergence from bankruptcy in 2023. Earlier in her career, she was executive vice president of Strategy and New Business Development at MacAndrews & Forbes Incorporated, where she focused on technology investments, portfolio strategy, and growth initiatives. She currently serves as a board member of Stripes Beauty, an L Catterton business, and sits on the boards of AMC Networks, Sphere Entertainment, Sally Beauty Holdings, and Beyond, Inc. She holds an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
