Guy Metcalfe

Guy Metcalfe has served on the board of the Child Mind Institute since 2020 and currently serves as co-chair. He is a retired managing director and global chairman of real estate at Morgan Stanley, where he spent more than three decades leading the firm’s global real estate investment banking business and advising on over $850 billion in transactions. He is also a director of CBRE Group, Inc., and Prologis, Inc., which are U.S.-based public companies. He is a senior advisor to KKR & Co., a publicly traded global investment firm, a director of Beacon Capital, a private real estate investment management company, a member of the advisory board of Cabot, a leading global developer and operator of luxury residential resorts and golf destinations, and a senior advisor to Town Lane, a private real estate investment management company. Metcalfe holds a BA in business administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University. He lives in New York City with his wife, Lisa, a fellow board member of the Child Mind Institute, and their two children.
