RESOURCES FOR FAMILIES
Helping Children Manage Fears
Most fears are a normal, natural part of childhood. However, if a child is afraid all the time, or has fears that stop them from having fun or interfere with their daily life, this could be a sign of anxiety, and it may be time to get some professional help.
At the Child Mind Institute’s Anxiety Disorders Center, we specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of anxiety disorders. Our team of experienced psychologists and social workers offer evidence-based anxiety treatment and are skilled at helping even the most challenging cases.
