Andy Saperstein
Andy Saperstein has served on the board of the Child Mind Institute since 2021. He is co-president of Morgan Stanley, responsible for all Wealth Management channels, including Financial Advisors, E*TRADE, and Morgan Stanley at Work. He also leads Firmwide Marketing globally and serves on the Morgan Stanley Operating Committee. Since joining Morgan Stanley in 2006, he has held a variety of leadership roles, including head of U.S. Wealth Management following the firm’s acquisition of Smith Barney, co-head of Wealth Management, and co-COO of the Institutional Securities Group. In 2019, he was named head of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management before assuming his current role as co-president. Earlier in his career, Saperstein held senior positions at Merrill Lynch and was a partner in the Financial Institutions Group at McKinsey & Company. He serves as an Advisory Council Member for Teen Cancer America and previously served as trustee of the Morgan Stanley Foundation. He holds a BA in economics and finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Harvard Law School. He is married to Samantha Saperstein, a managing director and the head of Women on the Move at JP Morgan Chase. They live in New York City with their three children.
