Andy Saperstein

Andy Saperstein has been a member of the Child Mind Institute’s Board of Directors since 2021. He is co-president of Morgan Stanley and the head of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. In these roles, he is responsible for all Wealth and Investment Management channels — and jointly oversees the U.S. Banks, Integrated Firm Management, and Firm Strategy organizations with co-president Dan Simkowitz. Saperstein is on the Morgan Stanley Operating and Management Committees, as well as the Morgan Stanley-MUFG Steering Committee. He is also chair of the Morgan Stanley Institute for Inclusion Advisory Board. Previously, Saperstein was the COO of National Sales at Morgan Stanley and Co-COO of the Institutional Securities Group (ISG) — working across the ISG businesses and coordinating initiatives with Wealth Management. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Saperstein served as COO of the Direct Division at Merrill Lynch and was a partner in the Financial Institutions Group of McKinsey & Company. He graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School and College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, with a dual degree in economics and finance. He then graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School. Saperstein currently serves on the Wharton School’s Board of Advisors and is a member of the Advisory Council for Teen Cancer America.
