Care and Support Updates (May 2022)

Updates on the latest clinical offerings from our centers in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area.

May 16, 2022

Kids with executive functioning issues often have trouble keeping track of schoolwork and staying organized. They might forget to write down assignments, lose homework, and struggle to follow directions. You can learn more about executive functioning from our Quick Guide.

If you notice signs like these in your child, check with their teacher to see if the challenges show up at school as well. If there is a pattern, a neuropsychological evaluation can reveal what’s causing the issues and suggest strategies for helping your child succeed.

With summer break right around the corner, now is the time to schedule an evaluation for the upcoming academic year. To book an evaluation, please reach out to us today.
