Brittany Bond is an administrative coordinator for the Youth Mental Health Academy (YMHA) at the Child Mind Institute. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Azusa Pacific University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy as well as professional clinical counseling from Touro University Worldwide.

Brittany has ten years of experience in communications and operational roles. She previously worked as an executive assistant at the Reality Church of Los Angeles, where she managed the senior executive team schedule and helped develop and implement operational strategies to facilitate leadership efficiency. Brittany also played a key role in planning their inaugural 3-day conference for singles, which focused on providing specialized mental health and wellness support. She also served as an administrative assistant at Freeman Group Inc., where she managed invoicing for multiple real estate properties and their associated projects.

In her current role with the Youth Mental Health Academy, Brittany assists with the planning and implementation of administrative infrastructure, site and vendor selection and contracting, expense reconciliation, event planning, regular reporting on goals and deliverables, and other day-to-day operational activities. She is passionate about promoting emotional health and empowerment in marginalized communities. As part of her master’s degree program, Brittany will be joining Kaiser Permanente’s Watts Counseling and Learning Center as a marriage and family therapy trainee.
