Nick Kenner is the Founder & CEO of Just Salad, a fast-casual concept that launched in 2006 with a mission to cultivate healthier lifestyles by serving real food at an affordable price. Kenner was diagnosed with a learning disability in Kindergarten, is a 2003 Colgate University graduate and proud alumni of Stephen Gaynor.
