The Child Mind Institute’s Anxiety Center offers expert diagnosis and specialized anxiety treatment at our New York, NY and San Mateo, CA offices.
At the Child Mind Institute’s Anxiety Disorders Center, we specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of anxiety disorders. Our team of experienced psychologists and social workers offer evidence-based anxiety treatment and are skilled at helping even the most challenging cases.
Whether your child needs help in school or building stronger relationships with friends, our goal is to empower both children and their families to understand and overcome mental health struggles with anxiety.
Our anxiety psychologists diagnose and treat the full range of anxiety disorders. We often help families who have struggled to find effective anxiety treatment in the past.
When anxiety medication may be helpful, our team works with board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrists at the Child Mind Institute or partners with your own physician. Our psychiatrists offer expert consultation on whether or not medication can improve anxiety treatment outcomes. They also provide ongoing medication management when needed.
